Spring onions

A little idea that grabbed me while I was preparing tea tonight...

I was adapting a recipe for Swedish meatloaf, using turkey mince instead of pork, and missing out the pickles, but it was still very tasty.

Rain... again. Am going to see Kings of Leon on Wednesday in Hyde Park - am planning on taking waterproof trousers and a plastic poncho - I think it's gonna be wet!
