Guess

You will never, not in a million years, guess where I went when I had a little free time this morning. The camera has now been put away and the rest of the day's chores that lie ahead of me mean it will not be coming out again to play until tomorrow.

So, that's that.

Dunno why but I was thinking about the films of Paul Thomas Anderson in the 40 minutes preceeding the taking of today's blip. Sure, I was counting the lengths, but my mind was also wandering a little too. That's OK, it's allowed. And, for all his big, expansive, ensemble cast extravaganzas the one I have probably seen the most is the one that, at least on paper, sounds the least impressive, namely the one starring Adam Sandler. If you've never seen Punch Drunk Love, then I'd heartily recommend it. It's pretty dark, twisted and suitably 'off' for any film, never mind one with Adam Sandler in it. It appears light and frothy, but scratch that surface and boy, oh boy.

Bit of a tune to end on, yesterday I was listening to Can, today it was summat wildly different, ahem...
