I am told Vasant kunj is a posh locality. I have no doubt it is expensive, especially the large farmhouses that lie on either side of kacha roads like this. Can't say it is a particularly pleasant walk through them, especially after rains the night before. There were some neat red beetle-like insects though and a squirrel that stopped midway while crossing the road and needed to be honked upon before deciding to scamper.
