The Gangster & his Molls....

Today my Nikon D300 arrived. I also went and bought some black material to hang from my new background stands in the room I am converting into a studio.

This is my son Dan, and my partner's two daughters, Emma (front) and Megan (back)

I asked them if they would pose for me as I used my studio lights for only the 2nd time (first time was the day before yesterday)

Then I had all sorts of problems because my CS3 wouldnt accept the RAW files and I had to get updates etc, so I am very late in getting my blip up today.

I have to say, that even if nobody else likes this pic that I am absolutely over the moon with it. I recently did a 10 week photography course along with another blip member and we did a bit of portraiture so I was itching to get all my gear together and use it for real at home.

Only thing missing is my oldest lad Ben, but have you tried getting a 14 year old away from his computer? hehe...impossible!
