tween portrait

the goslings are growing up... they are flocking around the grounds as big as can be - no little fluff balls anymore... where does time go?

this little guy was taking a much needed break from munching on some grasses... ya know, they chew a bit and then need to lay down - it's so very funny. and sometimes they need to lay down and eat just because... me, too!

anyway, i thought it was time for a portrait but couldn't quite get him to rub his beak to get the crud off... doesn't matter... still beautiful to me - just don't tell him he's got anything there. i don't want him getting a complex - i hear geese can be rather fragile with self-esteem issues... boo!
