A time for everything

Early morning by the lake

Thursday
I awoke to a misty morning this morning, and I thought I'd get out and get some photos. You could see the sun beyond the fog, and I guessed it wouldn't be too long before the fog burned off. Sure enough, I had hardly gone beyond the end of the street and I was already out of the fog and into the sun. I still decided to continue on to Pioneer Park where I had been heading, as it was a very still morning, and I knew there would be some beautiful reflections at the lake there. Then I decided to head for Lake Isabella Park, which is in the Little Miami valley, so I guessed the fog would linger a little longer there. As you can see from the picture, there is still a trace left hanging over the lake. Lake Isabella park is particularly popular for fishing, and there were several fishermen out this morning. Yesterday had remained quite cool because of the rain, but the temperatures rose to more normal temperatures today, and so unfortunately did the humidity, and both will continue to rise over the next few days, so by Monday we will be back around 90!
