Another noisy bird

This is the closest I have been to one of these Curlews. They usually fly off and circle round shrieking, but this one had chicks and she didn't want to leave them (I obviously look like someone who'd jump on them and wring their necks).
Anyway, I have a couple of hours before some neighbours are due round for a meal so I had better get my skates on. No fruit salad tonight!
