Squirrel

Any morning that I can get on our patio before 7:30 I watch for the squirrel across the way. Invariably he runs along the roof of D building and leaps onto the trunk of easternmost palm tree in our complex (a leap of at least 3 meters). He then climbs to the top of the palm where he scampers up and down the various fronds (as he is doing here). After 15 minutes or so, he comes half way down the palm's trunk and leaps onto a neighboring mango tree (a gap of easily 5 meters) where I lose track of him in the heavy leaves. Who needs television with entertainment like that each morning.
