Guess Where

This picture was taken in a large city. Only question is, which one?

Not a huge fan of the black and white, but the color version had some nasty casts that were hard to correct, or maybe I'm crazy and the colors are fine. Getting the white balance right at night is not easy I have discovered (nor is shooting 0.3" exposures handheld).
