Moonwalker

This is a very pleased Fiona. She took part in the Edinburgh Moonwalk last night and made it right to the end.
Fortunately, the rain stopped just as they got started so a good dry walk was had. Fiona has been out training (i.e. routemarching) regularly but even so, her feet & legs are a bit achy today. The support in Edinburgh was superb; several major businesses had taken the trouble to put up pink lighting or pink window displays and, even in the very early morning, people were out to offer encouragement, support and thanks. Fiona told us of one lady, just standing by the route, with a placard which read "Thank you from people like me."
We can all make a difference!
