WATCHING TOO IS FUN

and Piet Hein and I wonder if the activity of the surfers is a kind of zen. It seems so to us, acting without purpose, following the wind and the waves, but also having a very good technique and being able to apply it without hesitation. Anyway we can look at it and be fascinated and they perform it much longer than we stand still.
After the heavy rain this morning, I happened to be in it but took shelter in the garden-center where I bought some geraniums, beautiful coloured. And took photos of the Canadian geese (yes, Malc, we have them here too). A busy lot was assembled along the water, but the light was unsufficient.
Later in the afternoon the sky above the sea was cloudless and off we went to walk along the beach. Came home blown out, what a fantastic feeling that is.
