How can I be tired....
of England?
Maybe it isn't England, maybe its something else. The 9-5? The work cycle? The sleep and work, work and sleep regime that brings us two days in which to live our lives?
I thought of this photo this morning as I was knocking back prozac (not reading Balzac though) and planning a weekend of excess (well beers, etc etc). I get money, I spend it on stuff to alter my mind, liquid to power the motor to get me to the stuff to alter my mind and then more stuff to make the mind altering shit feel easier the next day. Fags and booze.
So in my own socially acceptable way I am now a drug addict. I'd love to speak candidly about some of the people etc I encountered during the wilder years and the things I saw but it'd be a bit too much possibly over Blip.
Yesterday the two untruths were me fancying Jordan (obviously) and the happy clapper society. I was indeed on Ant and Dec and gave the Take That wanderer Williams my autograph. I'm also a dab hand in the kitchen and have been known to lightly sizzle a monkfish from time to time.
Next week I'm going to set myself a challenge. Each day I will take a subject and deliver my 'manifesto for a better Britain'. I'll open it up and put the five areas in the challenge bit of the forum, and if anyone fancies using that as a challenge for themselves then it'd be good. If not, I'll live.
Nobody would tire of my England etc the workshy, the rat bags and the rouges.
Might do something this weekend, maybe a BBQ with RnT. RnT have just got back from a two week jaunt around Europe with Belly and Ken (well Kelly and Ben but my names for them is funnier). Be good to catch up with them.
If not I'll drink myself sober and reflect on thepast using the medium of blipfoto.
For dear B as well: Perhaps if I read your journal enough you can give me some positive vibes, and they will seep through into my daily dose of malaise and misery.
