Captive View

Nipped out sharpish this evening in case the rain came on again. Just down the road, spotted this view looking south towards the Slammanan plateau. Woke up to steady rain this morning. Although it did go off and I took the old chamois leather over the fence in the (forlorn) hope that the rain would stay off. Another heavy shower late morning (we got soaked) was not helpful but a very heavy shower mid afternoon really drew the line under the day's painting.
As Ali had some work to catch upon, Euan came up for a little visit. The wee man was at the doc's for his jabs yesterday and was not impressed. He was obviously uncomfortable overnight (not sleeping well!) and he did look quite serious today. Let's hope he is back to his normal cheery self tomorrow.
