Yorkshire Moors
On the left is my Nan and on the right is my Aunt S who is over from Australia. Aunt S is my grandfathers sister (we lost Grandad in 2002) and she has come over for the 100 celebrations of her aunt (see 4th May).
Today R and I took Nan and S out for the day, here we are at the Hole of Horcum, just below N & S is where my Grandads ashes are laying in his days of rest. Grandad's words to Mum a couple of years before he passed away were 'C when I go I want throwing over there!' so thats what he got... apart from the throwing!
Nan and S get on really well and they are enjoying each others company a lot. You wouldn't guess to look at my Nan that she is 82 next week! I love her to bits and I am very lucky to have such a special Nan and my grandad was just as special and will always be so.
The other places we visited were Goathland and Thorton Le Dale.
It was a pretty awesome day out with very special people to share it!
