Ellis Mill

This is Ellis Mill - it's the last of the Windmills along the Lincoln edge. It still works and the guys that run it still make flour (£2.50 for 3.5lbs) i thought was very reasonable. Yesterday i went round for a free tour and today i nipped back with my camera. It's well worth a visit. Today when i was taking pics i asked one of the guys if it would be spinning today and he said yes - he took the brakes off and around it went (big thanks to him) enabling me to take more or less the shot i wanted (forgot the big stopper filter so had to make do with a small amont of motion by using an ND2 and an ND4 at the same time.

It's still pretty windy here and it looks like the Sun has just gone in for now !
