Crystal Palace parkrun

Happy 1st birthday to Crystal Palace parkrun, I was actually at the 1st race and been to a few throughout the year. The park is very hilly so it's got to be one of the toughest 5ks around. There was abit of a fancy dress theme demonstrated by this chap with the face paint... I finished 2nd in 19:06 having used the race as a tempo run. There's now loads of parkruns throughout the country offering a free 5k every Saturday parkrun. It's a great community.
