Juggling

A few weeks ago, Grandad showed Katie juggling. Since then, if Katie has had two balls, she'd tried to "juggle". This is what she's doing here!

We had a nice morning at home just her and I, although it started at the now seemingly routine 5am. I am looking forward to the blackout blind arriving. We did a spot of shopping (boring stuff, not fun things!) before we went to pick baby Aiden up. He's come for a sleepover so his parents can go to Take That.

We headed over to see a friend who's back from away. My two were starving on arrival so troughed before anything else could take place. They played out in the big garden at Helen's for a while before we walked out to the park near them. It's just been redone, and is fabulous for over 5s, but there wasn't even a toddler swing, so Katie ended up running round making mounds out of woodchipping! Aiden went to sleep.

They both slept on the way home and are now loving having each other to play with. Katie keeps running up and going "pat pat baby Aidy" and rubbing his back.

It'll be interesting to see how the night goes - Aiden goes down much later than Katie. Katie gets up much earlier, and wakes in the night still, so I'm hoping her on the baby monitor doesnt disturb Aiden. We'll see!
