Calm After the Storm

Presentation went well at work which I am very pleased about as it was short notice and to some very senior people from various organisations (and I hate public speaking!)

The storms of yesterday seem to have abated today, but have left a trail of destruction in their way. There are lots of trees down in our area, and it's still raining heavily. Was summer really in April this year? Everyone keeps saying June will be better so fingers crossed.

I invited my parents for dinner since they hadn't seen H in a couple of weeks and thought we could catch up on each others holidays, so they were already there when I got home.

I had nothing interesting to blip at work so caught a random picture of the Greenock River Cruiser which was docked near my work.
