The swans are back

Two years ago, before I started my long maternity leave. I did lots of swan blips on the lochans outside my work. Since I went back to work earlier this year though, I haven't spotted a single swan. I was concerned that they had been driven away by the tramworks running through the business park as there is hardly any wildlife on the lochans at all these days. However, 2 of the swans are back! No cygnets this year though which is a shame as I loved seeing them grow up previously.

(Another early start from Ethan today - 5.20am. He was only grumbling though so we "ignored" him for 20 minutes until his grumbles became louder and much more insistent. I don't think I'll ever get used to being woken up at that time of day).
