British Suck

I stopped off in Oamaru out in the old part of the town to get a blip I have been looking to get sometime but again there was a car in front of what I wanted, maybe one day I will be able to show you. I then saw this piece of graffiti next to another that mentions Bobby Sands and relates to the IRA wanting the Brits out of Ireland as far as I can work out.

It got me thinking...........

This type of political statement is interesting its a record of a point in time and a place in history that is just so easy to forget. Most people of a certain age will remember the name Bobby Sands but how many of us, without Wikipedia, would remember who he was?
I really want to know who did this and what was the motivation at the time?
New Zealand is so far away from Ireland I find it hard to imagine why it was done......
