pelicans, briefly

today we fly back to the states.
oh, mexico.

i'm sitting in the hotel lobby, drinking a pina colada.
it's spectacular.

i wandered out to the beach this morning after breakfast to take some final shots of the beach and lo and behold, a pelican flew overhead. what a peculiar face. and his "fingers" are great.
there are so many pelicans that fly around the beach watching for their next prey in the water so you never have to wait long.

i've had a great time. i love my family.

i guess it's pretty sad that it's noon and i've got a buzz from the rum. though, i am still on vacation.
