After the Storm ~ New handicap corners

The humid was in the air last night. I couldn't sleep so I took a walk around 3.

I came to the end of the street where the new handicap ramps have been installed. The rain water had settled at the lowest point ~ right where the handicap ramp hit the gutter. It was like a lake. I have been noticing all around my neighborhood this same situation. Right where the handicap people would roll into the street (or walkers would walk) is right where the water collects after the rain. Seems to me like this should be the high spot instead of the low spot.

It was nice walking at 3 ~ there was enough of a breeze and air moving to gain some relief from the muggy.
