Juniper Berries
I walked to the park this evening. On the lava ledge, the juniper trees caught my eye. One of them was covered with blue Juniper berries--I haven't seen this many berries on the trees in all the years I've lived here. There were several pictures to choose from, but this close up won out!
These trees are a bane in my house--in the spring the pollen from these trees wreak havoc with our allergies. I've watched them "poof" pollen, filling the air with yellow dust that creates clogged nasal passages, runny eyes, and miserableness! I've often wished I could cut off my head, put it in the freezer until "Juniper season" is over, then reattach it and go on!
I took pictures today of my phase 3 rhubarb plants and phase 4 rhubarb/strawberry crumble, but I don't know how to get 2 pictures in one photo. Can anyone help me? Is that a perk of being a full member, or do I just not have the technical savvy to figure it out??? Help!!!
