Asparagus and Courgettes in Cream Sauce.
Although the day started out with high jinks it steadily went down hill but tonight's dinner was a bit of a high spot.
Dinner
Courgette sauted until soft, then cream and Parmesan added along with a few lightly boiled asparagus spears, a scaping of nutmeg topped with toasted pine nuts and finally tossed in pasta. A tomato salad on the side.
Breakfast
Porridge and a slice of BB's rye.
Lunch
A veggie sausage sandwich
In-between
crisps - well it is a Saturday.
