Harbour Bar
19months
Firstly, thankyou everyone. So many kind comments, favourites, stars and subs. I'm really rather overwhelmed. And was very excited to be top corner of the spotlight. Thankyou. And I love the balloons!
We pottered round at home, and when I was getting Katie ready, she asked to go on her potty. She then did a wee! I was rather pleased. We really enjoyed our day today, we went to the play cafe and I got to play with a 6week old dinky boy. Katie had been up a rather long time so we left in time for her to have a sleep before her swimming lesson. She loved swimming, she did good treading water, and some swimming on her own. She was enjoying having water thrown on her head again, and wanted Ava to play too.
After swimming, we headed over to Scarborough to see Uncle Simon and Granny and Grandad. We went to the Harbour Bar, a wonderful 1950s style ice cream bar. She had an ice cream, claimed lots of mummy's soda float and made a glorious mess! This is a big occasion in a Scarborough Girl's life! The best ice cream ever!! We went on the beach and chased her ball, it was quite windy and it was coming back at her! We watched them launch the lifeboat for a training exercise and then headed home for tea
