All bran cake

Mum's All-Bran cake is always a hit with us. There's no fat in it and lots of fibre- and well, to be fair the main thing about it is that its delicious! I like the moist textures of the fruit whereas Mr. M. prefers the crunch of the thick crunchy crust. Either way it goes down a treat. :)
