Dryad's Saddle
Did the next leg of Sheffield Country Walk today. We set off from the western end of Stanage Edge and dropped down to Dale Dyke and through to Low Bradfield. The first sight that greeted us from the bus was a kestrel hunting over the moors. It was a mixed bag of weather, but a bit better than of late. This bracket fungus was growing on a fallen log beside the path, and the colours in the background are spring flowers - a combination that is quite unusual.
