today started off as an energetic, fast-paced sunday with nicnphil leaving early, the polis milling about (one of my neighbours love to complain about things-this week rubbish neighbour was not complaining about me) and a game of real ten-pin bowling (none of this wii nonsense) between myslef and nature boy.

the game was going well and i thought i had a victory in my sights but nature boy bagged a turkey(three strikes in a row) with his last three shots and snatched a 144-126 victory from my hands.

once safley back in the flat, the afternoon descended into laziness: reading the papers and my book and dozing like a sloth on my couch.
