Newcastle from Sunniside.

Stopped off at sunniside on the way home tonight, had seen a spot that i thought might be good for a photo.
Wasnt as good as i thought i might have been, but took some shots anyhoo.
I reckon it will be a good place to do a night shot.

I'm stood 4 miles away from the tyne bridge on full zoom with the highlevel and QE (metro) bridges to the left.
(and a field full of horses in front.)
Cos of the 4 miles distance the original was a bit hazy and washed out so had to add contrast.

I did 5 shots using a fence post as a tripod, put them together to make a panaramic shot spanning from the dunston rocket, taking in St james park, arena, central station and gateshead, and the north sea.
but, it has a power line all the way across and is 20mb and 15000 pixels wide!!! not one for a blip.

Now need to spend 3 hours restoring those 16 dvds itunes backup!!
