Somewhere amidst all the smoke in this picture is my father-in-law.

In almost all things he is a reasonable,sensible, balanced individual, quietly dignified and stoic.......

Unless you put him in the vicinity of a small garden fire, a pokey pokey stick, lots of green sappy wood and smoky garden debris, and hey presto!!!!

A Pyromaniac is born!!!

Don't bother with the metal garden burner, don't bother with the slowly fuelling of the fire, no , lets throw it on the floor, set fire to the garden and then throw armful after armful of huge conifer boughs and branches, add some smoke, step back and admire the results!!!

Apparently the smoke could be seen for miles, i wouldn't know, iwas in the middle of it!!!

Same time next week then Alan, you bring the matches, i'll bring the oxygen!!
