Evening all,

Wow, it feels like i've been away for a long time, and oddly enough i haven't been anywhere at all.

I've been taking advantage of the gap in the weather to re-aquaint myself with where i live and remind myself of why i chose to live where i do.

Its easy in the frantic rhythms of modern life to forget that there is a slow steady beat that pulses quietly in the background and its even easier to not hear it.

So i've been out and about,walking with friends, strolling about with dogs,spotting some wildlife, spending sometime admiring and remembering things i'd forgotten and just generally wandering around looking at things....

and the best thing is, whichever way i look theres something new to see...
