Aphid attack

Quiet day today. Body pump class this morning and then a lazy afternoon sorting out the finances of the work lottery syndicate (no wins big enough for retirements yet!).

We had heavy rain this morning - probably a good thing given how dry everything is. Went out in to the garden in search of a photo and found these aphids on a weed wildflower around the pond. Where are the ladybirds when you need them?

Another half marathon for husband tomorrow. I'm hoping it won't rain but as it is close to an area where there are forest fires, I'm sure the locals would be keen to see some heavy downpours.
