Squirrel

I decided to check out a camera that I inherited last year and as I opened the front door a squirrel took one look at me and ran up the nearest tree!
The camera that I was using was not really up to the task of catching an even reasonable shot of him/her but after alot of fiddling about I managed to enlarge a picture.

We have a lot of these creatures around here and also an occasionally busy road which amazes me how daring they are.

The rains came yesterday fairly heavily in the night but at least it saves watering the potted plants.
