Forest Walk

I finished my "Fate of the Forest" painting today during Open Studio. I'm really happy with the result. I was having quite a bit of difficulty with the trees in the background and had muted the whole painting somewhat while trying to get the trees the way I wanted them. Nothing like good feedback to help me get back on the right track. Added some brightness and changed my approach to the trees. I'm much happier with the result.
