Yet another blip from the garden!

Headed back to Ivinghoe Beacon today to search for Ring Ouzels and en-route decided to pop in for a quick visit to Berkshire , Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trusts College Lake Reserve. We hadn't been there before and as soon as we arrived we realised a quick visit wasn't going to do it justice. It's a two mile walk round and loads of hides to investigate. We had a wee wander in one direction, saw lots of Hobbies hawking for insects and small birds, fired off lots of shots hoping to capture them in flight. (Check out RCB for the best of the bunch)

We'll be back to give the reserve the time it deserves to be explored properly, in the meanwhile on to Ivinghoe where the Ring Ouzel remained illusive, then a late trip round the supermarket and then loads of photos to sort, so that's my excuse for this being a back-blip.
