C has been in full-on 'occasion' mode today. Chucking me out of the kitchen and making a collection of posh food including quails' eggs and OttoLenghi, leaving a Right Royal Mess.

So while the strains of that traditional royal hymn "Oh my God, we're lucky f*ckers" drift in from the large screen HD in the other room, the republicans here in the kitchen get to do the washing up!
