Continental Market, Sheffield
Once every few months Sheffield plays host to a continental market. Stuff from Europe (yep the plants are brought over by a Dutch family).
Usually the things are good quality, but a little out of my price range, though I did indulge in a couple of items today. The Dutch apple and cinnamon do-nut was delicious.
No, today, what did for my money supplies was the Farmers' Market.
No fair having it there on the same day!!
Came home with hand made oak smoked cheese. And pork and apple burgers from local free range organic pigs. Crimini mushrooms from the best mushroom stall in the world. And local buffalo mince (there is a farm in the Peak District that rears water buffalo). Think that's about it!
