Tarbert ,Loch Fyne

Quite overwhelmed by your response to my 100th blip. you are all such a kind group of people, many thanks for all your encouraging comments. I think I did manage to get around and thank everyone personall, apologies if I missed anyone.

Today was a beautiful , great to be alive day. We spent the morning gadening then had a fairly short meander ( 15 miles ) down the Loch to lochgilphead to the community pool for a swim - the loch is far to cold for swimming.
headed off then further down Loch Fyne to visit a friend in tarbert. off course as ever, had the camera switched on ready. Also had it set at a high shutter speed to get an in flight shot of one of the many sea bird which can be seen o the way. Still wasn't quick enough to get one of a duck flying alongside us , must have been flying at more than 60 m.p.h!

Got a shot from the moving car just as we were going downhill into Tarbert . Quite amazed at the detail considering the speed of the car.

LARGE might be worth a look for a lot more detail.
