Finding beauty in all things

Today I'm learning to sort the wheat from the chaff. It's uncomfortable and challenging but I know it will be beneficial. I woke up at 5am because my mind was trying to make sense of different people's behaviour. It wasn't until I'd been lying awake for a couple of hours I realised their unkindness was really doing me a favour because it showed their true colours. After all, bottom line, you can say a multitude of lovely and charming words but it's actions that really do the talking and show you the truth. And once you know who's worth your time then you hopefully spend it more wisely. Life's too short not to really right?
