Room @ Pinerolo
It was so nice to be invited by a new friend to hang out today. It was actually at the home of this friend's friend. And to my surprise, it was 44km away from Turin at a little town called Pinerolo. We drove through it quickly so unfortunately no photos of that.
They're all from an evangelical church lead by an African-American pastor. I'm definitely going for a visit this Sunday and see what it's like.
A long barbeque lunch and a whole afternoon of volleyball, dance (from the south of Italy!), guitar-playing, singing and taking silly photos. It was lovely.
The girl who lives there with her family is getting married in July and we even visited their new home. Really love apartments in Italy as the ceiling is always super high, making the place more ventilated and super spacious.
I'm so thankful that these people's lives have enough room for me.
