Sir Nigel Gresley at Culross

As advised, we made it to Culross to catch Sir Nigel passing through. Standing by the trackside on a very handy tarmac path, we were approached by numerous people asking what we were waiting on. They all showed interest and rushed off to find cameras, families, etc.
A little late, the old engine (1937) loped past with no obvious effort. A distant wail from the whistle and dozens of train buffs nipped off sharply to their cars to follow on.
We caught up and took a short video clip of the train climbing the bank out of Kincardine.
Home then via Stirling (Platform absolutely mobbed!) for a last photocall and back to sort out tea for the family.
Everyone is away home now so I can get this done.
A Good Day.
