A section of a large development in Roosky, Co Leitrim. This development has become something of a tourist attraction as it is beside the River Shannon and a fair few wander around to have a look at the ghost estate.

Access is possible to the houses, two or three in this big development are occupied. The sense of frustration and disappointment must be very strong for those that bought in the boom times. It will also be a nightmare for a parent, so many potential danger spots.

Fronting the river are two blocks of apartments, also belonging to this development. At least one or two are occupied, there are berths for your river cruiser also. Such was the level of confidence...
