Happy Day

I'm a bit surprised at the loss I feel without my camera here. The same feeling I get when my computer goes down. What to do?

Well, while I was preparing today's blip I received the repair estimate for my camera, less than $200, nearly as much as it cost me to overnight it. Worth it, though. That should last me another couple years at least before I have to upgrade.

In the back of my mind, I was hoping a bit for a higher repair cost as an excuse to get a new camera. But, I'll be happy when it gets back and I can continue shooting. Now, where did I put that back-up body?
