meanwhile, I'd been "keeping an eye on the bonfire" with my mates Beer and Newspaper. So, I'd worked up a bit of an appetite.
We totally cleared out a bit of our barn today ready for builders to walk through sucking their teeth and shaking their head...our savings account is already quaking with fear.
And, otherwise, we've been preparing for the feast of Spring tomorrow. We're not religious l so the Easter bit is meaningless, but we do like a good celebration and Spring is worth putting a bit of effort in.
