unidentified flower

sun... finally saw the sun today! and as mom and i were running errands, we actually spotted this little flower swaying in the wind. don't know what it is... mom is usually pretty good with the names of flowers but had no clue with this one. but it's color is kind of dreamy... was a sight for sore eyes after all the gray skies we've had this week - so the name doesn't really matter, right?

i head back home tomorrow. we didn't find a new house for mom. so she is still on the hunt with her agent.... just need to hope for the best and that she'll find one to meet all her needs soon.

although i'll miss her, i'll be glad to get back to my own routine again. and more consistent commenting, too.
