things that happened today

Rudy and I painted a lot of stuff blue

had a traumatic bus journey = me flustered: very rude bus driver who wasn't even driving the bus, just hitching an end of shift lift - refused to budge for me and the kids, Rudy playing up and very vocally refusing to sit next to sweet little lady - me audibly telling him that he would get a strike if he didn't sit down immediately (our system with R is 3 'strikes' and then a sanction) - German tourists sitting close by taking this to mean that I was about to physically belt him one.... nearly cried (me)

Watched the harr coming in and engulfing the shore buildings until they had all but disappeared

Bought a new table cloth because the other one had become covered in blue paint

Went home, made curry, found phone , lost camera, found camera, made a late posting this minute because of lost then found camera
