Climbing up

Yet another early start from Ethan. 4.45am today. I sat with him in the rocking chair for 10 minutes and he fell asleep on me. Still find it impossible to put him back in the cot without waking him though so brought him through to our room where he carried on sleeping in our bed. In fact, he didn't wake up till 7.10am so it was then a rush to get him ready for nursery as we have to leave just after 7.30am!

Busy day at work today - glad it's my day off tomorrow.

Ethan had fun playing in our back garden this evening while hubbie prepared dinner (which unfortunately Ethan then refused to eat). He seemed more interested in trying to climb up his slide today rather than going down it. A difficult feat at the best of times for a 16 month old but he did make it even more difficult by insisting on clutching a bowl at the same time!
