...it may as well be by former Ulster and Ireland lock, Gary Longwell.

The wee man and his team-mates were fortunate enough to have won a coaching session with Ulster's Gary Longwell (Ulster Rugby's High Performance Director and Academy Manager) and Niall Malone (Ulster Rugby's Elite Player Development Officer).

The picture shows the wee man and his partner getting to grips with basic technique.

The boys all had a great time on the 3G pitch at UUJ and throughly enjoyed their Macdonald's afterwards!
