Mousse au chocolat

Eighth in the fortnightly series.

Today's dessert was chocolate mousse. Looks OK, but in reality turned out way too runny. Going to have to examine where I went wrong - insufficient beating of egg whites? too much 'sirop'? not sure yet. Was still tasty, but improvements definitely required.
