Yellow Crocus

Thank you so very much for all the one year good wishes and that thrilling bump to the spotlight page. Even though it took me longer than 365 days to get there I feel a real sense of accomplishment. And yes, on-line it may be, but a sense of community too. What a pleasure this Blipfoto thing has turned out to be.


If these were already emerged yesterday they were covered by the fresh ten centimeters (4 inches) of snow that fell overnight. Today...Magic!

THE MIRACLE OF SPRING

We glibly talk
of nature's laws
but do things have
a natural cause?

Black earth turned into
yellow crocus
is undiluted
hocus-pocus.
